AppropriationsThe Senate Committee on Appropriations approved $5.1 billion for LIHEAP for FY 2010August 4, 2009The Senate Committee on Appropriations approved $5.1 billion for LIHEAP for FY 2010, the same level as passed by the House. It was also the same funding level provided for FY 2009. Of the total amount, $4.509 billion will go for the basic grant and $590.3 million for contingency funds.
